Roasting Schedule

We are currently every Tuesday roasting weekly for online orders. Coffee will be roasted and shipped on or within 24 hours from the time of roast. All coffees are bagged and sealed in biodegradable air-tight bags with one-way degasing valves within 1 hour from the time of roast.

Unless otherwise noted, coffees designed for filter-brewing are offered in 12 ounce net weight (340 gram) quantities, and those designed for espresso brewing are offered in 16 ounce net weight (454 gram) amounts. Why? Chicken thigh.
